Raw Water Flush/ Marine Growth Remover

Marine Descaler 1 Gallon or tote for your boat!

Safely removes barnacle glue and releases marine growth to free up your AC and engine systems.  Salt, scale and mineral buildup also go bye bye with our non–corrosive and eco-friendly descaler.  Take your yacht or boat to a whole new scale the eco safe way!  Our descales are perfect for cleaning your marine heat exchanger, and full engine flush/ AC flush etc.

Marine growth such as barnacles and zebra muscles are a constant challenge to keeping your yacht or boat engine running smoothly.  Unlike competitors, whose products contain phosphates that etch metal and engine components and also add to algae blooms, Eco Safeway’s non- corrosive descaling and marine growth removal products are also 100% phosphate free, biodegradable, skin safe, equipment safe, and ocean safe.

Cleans Longer, Quicker and Safer than hazardous acids!  Lab and real life testing has consistently demonstrated our non-corrosive descaler’s superior cleaning power and longevity, far outlasting phosphoric and other mineral  acids of the competition.

Popular marine growth removers are diluted acids and are corrosive to people and equipment; they start strong but fizzle out quickly.  Even experienced mechanics sometimes don’t realize they are actually dissolving or etching pipes because they expect these acids to keep going but they stop, so when they keep adding more product it increases the corrosion.  So don’t have a meltdown, Eco Safeway’s products are safe for people, equipment and the environment.

Commercial / Industrial Descaler

Are you doing a complete system cleaning or only the cooling tower? Put your industrial descaler into overdrive!  Eco Safeway’s Commercial Descaler Solution is simply the best and safest to boot!

Eco Safeway descalers are scientific liquid descalers specifically designed to SAFELY dissolve water scale, lime, rust and other water-formed deposits, which are found in any type of water-operated heat transfer or cooling equipment and systems. The A/C system in a typical building will consume roughly 40% of the power for the building.  We can safely reduce that power consumption by 10-20% using our non-corrosive descaler by doing a complete system cleaning.  So keep cool, we have your cooling towers, heat exchangers, and all your facility’s water operated equipment covered, the eco safe way!

Greatly reduce the chances of Legionnaire’s disease, a potentially deadly respiratory disease which thrives in the biofilm caused by poorly serviced water operated equipment like your cooling tower, and piping.  Water treatment DOES NOT prevent scale/mineral buildup so most technicians never clean the pipes so scale and mineral buildup abound in a perfect breeding ground for bacteria and Legionella. Remove the scale and the disease with ease using Eco Safeway’s Complete System Cleaning which removes the biofilm environment where Legionnaire’s disease thrives.  It’s simple and safe, so don’t risk your facility’s health or your guests’.  So please be our guest and utilize Eco Safeway’s  non-corrosive products that can circulate to clean entire systems, while our competitors’ corrosive acids can not.  It’s easy to be safe and clean your entire place the eco safe way!

So how often should I clean/descale my cooling tower?

OSHA recommends cleaning/descaling your cooling tower at least twice a year

Preventing Legionella Growth in Cooling Systems, Cleaning: Preventing Legionella growth through cleaning will reduce the likelihood for exposure. Considerations for cleaning water systems in the workplace include:

  • Cleaning and disinfecting cooling towers at least twice a year. Normally, this maintenance is performed before initial start-up when the cooling season begins and after shut-down in the fall. Systems with heavy biofouling or high Legionella levels in samples may require additional cleaning (see the Outbreak Response page for more information).”

Evaporative Coolers/ Swamp Coolers

Hot, dry climates require special cooling equipment known as evaporative/ swamp coolers which differ from other air conditions systems.  Scale and mineral buildup are constant maintenance in these coolers because the minerals remain in the equipment when the water evaporates.  With our non-corrosive cleaner/descaler simply put the product in the basin and let it circulate while it dissolves the scale like sugar in coffee while you sip your iced coffee comfortably inside.  Our product outperforms acids and is Non-Corrosive, Non-Toxic, Biodegradable and Phosphate Free.  So, keep it cool, safe and simple with Eco Safeway’s Cleaner/Descaler for your swamp/evaporative cooler.

Eco Safe Ice Machine Cleaner

‘Nickel, Chrome and Stainless Steel Safe Cleaner & Descaler- Original Non-Toxic, Biodegradable Formula’

Ice machines are critical for hospitals, food service/transport, hospitality and various other industries.  Bacteria and clogs from poorly maintained ice machine lines put your operations on ice and people at risk.

How Ice Makers Become Dirty With Germs:

It is a common misconception that because ice makers are naturally cold and make clean looking ice, they can’t have bacteria or germs grow in them; that notion is false. Bacteria and germs CAN grow in poorly serviced ice makers and put people and business operations at risk.  So what makes an ice maker dirty and how do you keep your ice maker clean?

Causes of dirty ice machines often lead to bacteria growth, and cause people to become sick or ill.

  • Dirty hands
  • Not changing the water frequently
  • Not removing older ice
  • Not cleaning the insides of the machine
  • Frozen Dirty Water can become ice that people are using and make them sick.
  • Dust can carry bacteria and begin to accumulate if you leave your ice maker open to the air and contaminants.

So keep your ice machine clean with Eco Safeway’s Ice Machine Cleaner & Descaler.  Regardless of the brand, whether a Nugget Ice Maker, Profile Ice Maker, Igloo Ice Maker, Sonic Ice Maker, Opal Ice Machine, or custom ice maker,  Eco Safeway’s ice maker cleaning descaler solution safely and cleanly restores your machines to optimum efficiency.  Don’t put toxic chemicals in your ice lines or put people at risk!  Let us simply clean away the germs the eco safe way!  Stay cool, clean and content with our eco-friendly ice machine solutions.
